It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of Kenneth Wigordt Lundin, who passed away on April 14, 2026.  A Master Plumber, Master Fire Suppression contractor, and a pillar of his community, Kenneth leaves behind a legacy defined by hard work, adventure, and an unwavering devotion to his family.

Kenneth was the beloved husband of Carol, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and world travel.  As the former head of Kew-Forest Plumbing & Heating, he took the foundation laid by his father-in-law and built the business into a thriving success through his expert craftsmanship and dedication. Though he retired in 2005, his professional legacy and commitment to excellence are proudly carried on today by his sons, Darren and Paul.

He was a cherished father-in-law to Britta (Darren’s wife) and Maureen (Paul’s wife).  Kenneth’s greatest pride and joy were his three granddaughters:  Madison, Emily, and Sydney.  He found immense happiness in watching them grow and knowing that the values of hard work and family he championed would live on through them.

A builder at heart, Kenneth was happiest when he was fixing things, fishing, hunting, or navigating the open seas with those he loved. He truly made the most of his final years, leaving his family with a lifetime of memories rooted in his spirit of adventure.
