Nilsa was the greatest Grandmother any grandchild could have asked for. She exuberated kindness and love and taught me the meaning of family. She was always there for me during the good times and especially the bad times, surrounding me with love, support and guidance.
I will miss spending time with her and just chatting over wine or a cup of coffee, shopping at Ivarone Brothers and Christmas tree shopping.
I've had so many wonderful memories here in Parkway Village, Queens with my family thanks to Grandma Nilsa, and I will always being thankful for that. I will miss her dearly and will never forget her love and company. Rest In Peace Grandma. Love You Always!

To the best mother - in - law I will ever have. You were also my mother and sister when I lost them both. Thank you for that. I learned patience and understanding from you. I will miss your unconditional love and unrelenting, continuous support. You were always there for us and we will never ever forget you. Even though we can no longer visit and celebrate with you, you will always be with us for every holiday and birthday. Love you. Rest in Peace dearest woman.

I was truly saddened to hear about Nilsa’s passing. My heart is heavy today. Nilsa was my friend and I will miss seeing her, laughing with her, and chatting with her about anything and everything. We bonded as sisters and talked about our lives, the good times and the bad times. She was an amazing woman and I learned a lot from her. From today I will celebrate her life. And I know that she is resting at last. Love each other and take care of each other. Sincerely, Pat
