It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Eugene Schropp (Forest Hills, New York), who passed away at the age of 89, on December 21, 2019. He died at North Shore Hospital in Forest Hills. He was born on July 3rd 1930 In Brooklyn N.Y. He was married to Hildegard Schropp for 63 years. He enjoyed attending church and watching soccer. He loved spending time with his family. He was a wonderful man, we all loved him very much. He is survived by his children Robert and Heidi, his daughter in law Grace and his grandchildren, Kimberly, Amanda, Kelly, Nick and Steven. Family and friends will gather at Fox Funeral Home in Forest Hills, New York on Thursday December 26 from 2 to 4pm and from 7:00 to 9pm. Farewell service at Grace Lutheran Church also in Forest Hills at 10:00 am on Friday December 27th. Interment: at Calverton National Cemetery In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate a contribution to Grace Lutheran Church in Eugene’s memory.
