Dean – Lea King 88 of Flushing, New York, passed away peacefully on August 8, 2017. She is preceded by her devoted husband Bernie of over 50 years and her cherished son Andy, MD PhD. She is survived, mourned and celebrated by her beloved children Mary, Alan, Arnold and Grace Heckman, and grandchildren Dean, Caroline and Katherine, Paul, Jennifer Lloyd-Harris and Laura Heckman. The family will receive friends at Fox Funeral Home, 98-07 Ascan Avenue, Forest Hills, New York from 2 to 5 pm on Sunday, August 13. Her life will be celebrated at 11 am on Monday, August 14 at Fox Funeral Home.
