Moschitta - Anna, on April 16, 2014 of Kew Gardens Hills, NY. Loving Mother of Celeste and Gida. Loving Grandmother of Philip, Paula, Ralph, Anne, Colette and Joseph. Great Grandmother to Matt, Davis, Ben, Stefan, Grant, Edward and Dillon. Cherished and missed by Ralph, Penny, Dan, and Kevin.
Born in 1910, Anna experienced the whole of our modern history, from watching young men entering World War I, to FaceTime with her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. She carried her family through good times and bad, from the Great Depression to watching her family all graduate college and become successful, which was something she was intensely proud of.
Anna was greatly loved and will be sorely missed by all of us, and is now going Home to her beloved husband Philip, brothers Frank and Charles, sisters Rose and Beatrice, Alfred Anastasi, Alfred Joseph, and Vera Mossack. Anna is Reposing at Fox Funeral Home, Forest Hills, NY. On April 25th a Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady Queen on Martyrs in Forest Hills followed by burial at St. John's Cemetery, in Middle Village.
