Obituary of Vera A Hayden

Please share a memory of Vera to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Hayden, Vera, A. on April 29, 2022 of NYC. Wife of the late William B. Hayden. Loving sister of Rosemary Prufeta of NYC. Also survived by her nephews John (Olga) Prufeta, Robert (Christine) Prufeta and Nephews’s children. Vera had character - - if you knew her, you knew she was not run-of-the-mill. Very intelligent and well-spoken with a demeanor to meet challenges decisively in life that included her working career, both at Forbes Magazine and later with the Plumbers and Pipefitters Unions; all with charm wit and humor. She will be sorely missed.
