On October 12,2022 Helen Marion Reardon was called to rest leaving behind her husband of 49 years, her children, and grandchildren. After a devastating aneurysm 22 years ago, she was heroically cared for by her husband, and was as present as she was able for her children and grandchildren.  Though her health declined over the past decade, and she became homebound, Helen will always be remembered as she was in her prime, a brave and loving wife and mother. She left a small town to strike it out on her own in NY in 1969. Living with a learning disability before such things were ever diagnosed and spoken about openly, she never gave up on learning and was an avid reader, even as her mind failed.  More than anything, she was a mother who was always present for her family. Whether helping with homework each day, practicing lines from school plays, or making tea and chocolate cake on Fridays, her children knew they were cherished.  Finally, throughout her life, she was a woman of faith, seeking security and comfort in the certainty of an afterlife. 

Helen is survived by her husband, Robert; daughters Jennifer and Jaime; son-in-law Joseph, grandchildren Sean, Keira, and Serena; her sister and brother-in-law, Susan and Ray, and nieces and nephews.
